NEW YORK, NY — May 6, 2025 — Acclaimed casting director Holly Buczek today announced the launch of her independent casting company, HDB Casting. Drawing on more than fifteen years of experience across theater, film, and television, Buczek has founded the new venture to deliver personalized casting solutions that amplify the unique vision of every creative project.
HDB Casting distinguishes itself through a collaborative and streamlined process that places each project's artistic integrity front and center. HDB Casting provides comprehensive casting services for a wide array of entertainment mediums. Buczek will continue to collaborate with Round Room Live, J2 Spotlight, Mills Entertainment, Theatre Q, Gershwin Entertainment, Vital Theatre, and Salgado Productions. HDB is currently working on the casting of a world premiere of a new musical for Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater. The company is now accepting new clients for the 2025/2026 season.
